  • Powdered milk2 cup
  • Coconut Milk🥥1/2 can(s)
  • Shredded Coconut🥥3 tablespoon
  1. I left the hominy to soak for 12 hours
  2. In a medium pot, put it to cook with its own water, if necessary add more water, until it is very soft.. I cooked it for 45 minutes
  3. Right after cooking, I changed the pan, and I didn't let the water dry, because it will be used to dilute the powdered milk.
  4. add the powdered milk and stir until it dissolves completely.
  5. then start adding condensed milk, coconut milk
  6. I let it boil for 5 minutes and then set aside.
  7. Soon after I added the grated coconut to the reserved hominy and let it boil for another 15 minutes, turned it off and let it cool and that's it!
