  • 1 can of condensed milk 1 box of heavy cream 200 ml of whole milk 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter 3 tablespoons of sugar 1 cup (tea) of powdered chocolate 50% 3 eggs1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Whole milk200 ml
  • unsalted butter1 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder 50%1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  1. Place the cream, condensed milk, milk, eggs, sugar, butter and powdered chocolate in a blender; Beat everything for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is very homogeneous;
  2. Pour this mixture in a greased shape with margarine; Cover the shape with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC, in a bain-marie (with hot water) for about 1 hour and 20 minutes;
  3. Remove from the oven, wait to cool completely, take it to the fridge and leave for 2 hours; If you prefer, decorate with sprinkles and serve immediately;
