Sugar2 cup
Cornmeal1 cup
Wheat flour3 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan1 unit(s)
Baking powder1 tablespoon

In the blender add the eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cornmeal, wheat and Parmesan, beat well until the dough is homogeneous.
Turn off the blender and gently stir in the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a round baking dish greased with butter and sprinkled with cornmeal.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.
