- In the blender add the eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cornmeal, wheat and Parmesan, beat well until the dough is homogeneous.
- Turn off the blender and gently stir in the baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into a round baking dish greased with butter and sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.
