Modo de fazer 
Numa panela com o fogo desligado , misture o leite condensado, o leite e as duas caixinhas de creme de leite , depois acenda o fogo baixo e vá mexendo até engrossar , esfrie e leve num refratário , misture esse creme com os morangos picados , cubra com filme plástico e leve a geladeira enquanto prepara o ganache.

Way of doing
In a pan with the heat off, mix the condensed milk, the milk and the two boxes of cream, then turn on the low heat and keep stirring until it thickens, cool and place in an ovenproof dish, mix this cream with the chopped strawberries, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate while preparing the ganache.

Para preparar o ganache derreta o chocolate meio amargo no microondas de 30 em 30 segundos e misture no creme de leite , depois derrame sobre o creme e salpique chocolate em gotas sirva gelado , enfeite com tirinhas de morangos formando uma estrela como na foto
