- Sieved yolk1 unit(s)
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- •Crumbs: - Mix the following ingredients: Wheat flour, egg, sugar, melted butter and baking powder with your fingertips, forming a farofinha. Reserve.
- • Cream: - Add the condensed milk, the sieved yolk and dissolve the cornstarch in some of the milk in a pan. Stir until thickened.
- •Mounting: - In a refractory, put half the farofa, the cream and the rest of the farofa. - Bake at 200ºC for 30 minutes or until golden.
