  • Melted butter3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Milk2 cup
  • Sieved yolk1 unit(s)
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  1. •Crumbs: - Mix the following ingredients: Wheat flour, egg, sugar, melted butter and baking powder with your fingertips, forming a farofinha. Reserve.
  2. • Cream: - Add the condensed milk, the sieved yolk and dissolve the cornstarch in some of the milk in a pan. Stir until thickened.
  3. •Mounting: - In a refractory, put half the farofa, the cream and the rest of the farofa. - Bake at 200ºC for 30 minutes or until golden.
