  • 3 cups of cornstarch3 cup
  • 1 cup of sugar1 cup
  • 3 tablespoons full of margarine3 tablespoon
  • 1 whole egg1 unit(s)
  • 300 g of guava, in small cubes300 g
  1. Knead everything with your hands and let the dough rest for 5 minutes, during the rest, turn on the oven and let it very hot. Grease a tray with margarine or oil and make balls smaller than a 1 real coin. With your little finger, pierce the center of the ball and carefully place the boiabada and finally sprinkle sugar over the cookies on the platter/tray. Take it to the oven, as soon as it starts to blush or below it is loosening, turn off the fire and remove them. If you let it go they get tough.
