- Margarine or Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan50 mg
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender place all the ingredients starting with the blender to make it easier to beat (except the yeast) Beat well for +/- 3 minutes Turn off the blender and gently mix in the baking powder. Grease a shape and wish the liquid (Note: it gets really liquid, it's a creamy cake) I used a 20cm diameter mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for +/- 40/45 minutes. To unmold, let it cool completely.
