- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Emmpo Yeast1/3 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk50 ml
- Mix all dry ingredients well with a spoon.
- Add the egg to the butter and mix well.
- Slowly add the milk and mix until the dough no longer sticks to your hand.
- Make balls, press with fork, place on a greased and floured roast, leaving space between the cookies.
- A tip is to invite the children of the house to make the cookies. They love it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 20 min. It all depends on your oven.
