- Warm milk1 cup
- Cornmeal1.5 cup
- Wheat Flour1.5 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Guava2 unit(s)

- Water2/3 cup
- In the blender, beat the eggs, sugar and oil.
- Add the corn meal, wheat flour and warm milk. Beat well.
- Add the yeast and mix. Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake for about 40 minutes.
- While the cake bakes, prepare the syrup. Place the guavas cut into cubes (peeled and seedless), the guava paste cut into cubes and 2/3 of a cup of water in a pan. Let it cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the guava melts and the guava is very soft.
- Pour the syrup over the warm cake!
