- Cornmeal250 g
- Sugar250 g
- Milk250 ml
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Baking Powder2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the eggs and sugar for 1 minute. Gradually add the milk, milk butter, cornmeal and cornstarch. Keep hitting the mass gets pretty homogeneous. Last put the baking soda and stir delicately until you mix it up. Pour into a greased shape with margarine and floured with cornmeal. Take to bake in preheated oven, 240°C, for about 35 to 40 minutes.
