No liquidificador, bata os ovos e o açúcar por 1 minuto. Vá colocando aos poucos, o leite, manteiga de leite, fubá e amido de milho. Continue batendo a massa fica bem homogênea. Por último coloque o fermento e mexa delicadamente até misturar tudo. 

Despeje em uma forma untada com margarina e enfarinhada com fubá. Leve para assar em forno preaquecido, 240°C, por cerca de 35 a 40 minutos.
