Ingredients

  • Cornmeal mimoso | 2 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Butter | 3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Baking powder | 1 dessert spoon
  • Sugar | 2 cup

Recipe

  1. In the mixer, add the sugar, eggs, butter and beat until it forms a light cream;
  2. Continue beating and add the cornmeal, milk and wheat flour little by little alternately;
  3. After it's mixed well and homogeneous, turn off the mixer, put the yeast and stir gently until it's well combined;
  4. Pour into a hole in the middle and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes or until golden.
