Ingredients
- Cornmeal mimoso | 2 cup
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Milk | 1 cup
- Butter | 3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour | 1 cup
- Baking powder | 1 dessert spoon
- Sugar | 2 cup
Recipe
- In the mixer, add the sugar, eggs, butter and beat until it forms a light cream;
- Continue beating and add the cornmeal, milk and wheat flour little by little alternately;
- After it's mixed well and homogeneous, turn off the mixer, put the yeast and stir gently until it's well combined;
- Pour into a hole in the middle and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes or until golden.
