  • Cornmeal11/2 cup
  • Wheat flour11/2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
  1. Start by greasing a medium baking pan with margarine and granulated sugar. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer and beat until it doubles in volume and becomes a light cream.
  3. Add the flour, cornmeal, oil and milk and beat for about 4 minutes to homogenize well.
  4. Add the yeast and bake until golden (approximately 40 minutes).
