- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Fennel to taste
- grated coconut to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar in a blender.
- Place the ingredients that you hit in the blender in a bowl and mix the cornmeal and wheat flour little by little, until it's homogeneous.
- Finally, lightly mix with a spoon the grated coconut, fennel and yeast.
- Grease a form with butter and flour and pour the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the toothpick/fork when inserted into the cake comes out clean at 180°.
- Unmold when cool.
