- Milk200 ml
- Sugar300 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the mixer add the sugar and the eggs beat well.
- Then add the oil, the milk, the cornmeal and the flour, beating well.
- Then add the yeast, beat and set aside.
- Grease the mold with oil and flour.
- Put to bake for 45min. At 180°, do the toothpick test, now just taste.
