Bato no liquidificador em velocidade alta, os ovos, o óleo, o leite e o açúcar.

Quando fica homogêneo, eu acrescento a farinha e o fubá.

A massa vai começar a ficar grossa, então ajude mexendo com uma colher.

Quando estiver tudo bem misturado acrescente o fermento em pó e misture bem.

Unte uma assadeira grande de buraco no meio com óleo e açúcar (de preferência cristal).

Leve ao forno médio até dourar (cerca de 40 minutos).


In a high speed blender, beat the eggs, oil, milk and sugar.

When it becomes homogeneous, I add the flour and cornmeal.

The dough will start to get thick, so help it by stirring with a spoon.

When everything is well mixed, add the baking powder and mix well.

Grease a large baking dish with a hole in the middle with oil and sugar (preferably crystal).

Bake in a moderate oven until golden (about 40 minutes).
