Start by preparing your cornmeal bread, take it in a bowl mixing the dry ingredients with a whisk, the cornmeal, wheat, sugar, yeast and fennel.
Tip: preheat the oven to 200ºC (high oven). Add the lightly beaten eggs and the softened margarine and mix with a spoon. Put your hands and knead very well to add all the ingredients until you get a consistent dough that doesn't stick to your hands - if you notice that the dough is dry and with little binding, add the milk little by little.
Tip: to understand the dough more easily, wash your hands, dry and knead again: if the dough doesn't stick, it means it's done!
