- corn starch250 g
- Butter or margarine125 g
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed. . . AND
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes
- Roll out the dough and shape the cookies. (I used various shape cutters). Place on a baking sheet (no need to grease)
- Bake in oven at 200° for about 15 minutes
