- Corn starch170 g
- Condensed milk130 g
- Butter70 g
- Chocolate Chips (optional)2 tablespoon
- In a pan, mix all the ingredients
- Keep incorporating the dough with a spatula until it is homogeneous. It must be firm and letting go of the hand
- Make balls and flatten with the help of a fork to give a beautiful effect.
- Transfer the balls to a shape (no need to grease)
- Distribute the chocolate drops over the cookies that are already distributed in the form
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake at 160 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- It is important to always pay attention to the appearance of the cookies, do not take them more brunette because they will taste burnt. Remove still white when it is dry
