- Sugar1 cup
- Corn2 can(s)
- Whole milk2 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut or Coconut Milk1 cup
- Caramelize a form for pudding with the sugar and set aside
- Beat the green corn already drained in the blender along with the milk. Strain in a sieve, add the condensed milk, coconut milk or grated coconut and the eggs mix well.
- Pour in the caramelized form, cover with aluminum foil and cook for 45 minutes in a bain-marie or in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and unmold, serve chilled.
