  • Hot water1/2 cup
  1. Syrup: In a pan, add the sugar and keep stirring until it melts, add the hot water and keep stirring until all the sugar dissolves and it thickens to the point of caramel. And add to the form.
  2. Swap the corn canned water for filtered water and hit the blender and strain.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth.
  4. Add the mixture to the shape already with caramel, and cook in a bain-marie in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Note: remembering that the cooking time varies from oven to oven, keep an eye out, stick a fork or knife, if it comes out clean, it's because it's ready.
