  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk250 ml
  • Sugar80 g
  • Grated Parmesan50 g
  • Wheat Flour150 g
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Guava200 g
  • Oil150 ml
  1. I started by hydrating the flake with coconut milk for 10 minutes (this makes the cake fluffier and softer).
  2. In the blender I beat the eggs, oil, parmesan, sugar and the hydrated Flocão, poured this mixture into a bowl and mixed the flour and yeast.
  3. Dip the pieces of guava paste in wheat flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the mold.
  4. I put all the dough in a greased and floured mold, spread the pieces of guava paste on top and took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 45 minutes.
