- Milk800 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Peel and clean the cobs. Thresh the corn by cutting the grains lengthwise.
- In the blender beat the grains with the milk very well. Pass through the sieve discarding all the bagasse. Take the liquid to a pan, add the sugar and lead to the medium fire stirring constantly, preferably with a fuê. Once it starts to thicken, stir vigorously for another 3 minutes. Turn off and transfer to serving platter, or individual pots. If you like sprinkle cinnamon to finish.
