  • Milk800 ml
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  1. Peel and clean the cobs. Thresh the corn by cutting the grains lengthwise.
  2. In the blender beat the grains with the milk very well. Pass through the sieve discarding all the bagasse. Take the liquid to a pan, add the sugar and lead to the medium fire stirring constantly, preferably with a fuê. Once it starts to thicken, stir vigorously for another 3 minutes. Turn off and transfer to serving platter, or individual pots. If you like sprinkle cinnamon to finish.
