- liquid milk250 ml

- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Oil150 ml
- Corn Flake250 g
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- In the blender add the eggs, the can of corn and following the same measure of the can add the liquid milk and the corn flakes.
- Using half of the can as a reference, add the sugar and oil to the blender mixture. And beat everything for 2 minutes.
- Mixture beaten in the blender it's time to add the grated coconut and chemical baking powder. Mix with the spatula.
- In a greased shape with butter and cornflakes add the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Or until the cake is ready.
- Remember to check with the fork the exact point of the cake. Just pierce one of the parts and remove the fork without the pasty appearance, but smooth.
