Corn Cake With Coconut

No liquidificador coloque o milho (escorra a gua) , o leite, óleo, açúcar, os ovos e o fubá, bata por 5 minutos 

In the blender place the corn (drain the water), milk, oil, sugar, eggs and cornmeal, beat for 5 minutes

Depois acrescente o fermento, e bata por mais 10 segundos 

Then add the yeast and beat for another 10 seconds.

Por último acrescente o coco ralado e mexa com a colher 

Finally, add the grated coconut and mix with a spoon.

Despeje a massa na forma untada e leve ao fogo por 30 minutos 

Pour the dough into the greased form and bake for 30 minutes.
