- Cooked corn a can200 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1/2 cup
- Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the corn, eggs, butter, and sugar in the blender, demerara until a very homogeneous mass.
- Then add the grated coconut, oat flour and baking powder.
- Mix everything with a spatula and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, then wait to cool and serve.
