Sugar30 tablespoon
warm milk1 cup
Wheat flour10 tablespoon
Corn flour10 tablespoon
Baking powder3 dessert spoon
For the topping: semisweet chocolate bar100 g
Sour cream1 can(s)

Separate the clams from the yolks into two bowls.
Beat the egg whites in a mixer, add 15 tablespoons of sugar and beat again. Reserve.
Add the other 15 tablespoons of sugar to the yolks and beat in the mixer.
Add the milk to the yolks and beat again in the mixer.
Now mixing with a whisk, add the flours and stir.
Add the yeast and stir again.
Finally, mix the snow whites.
Place in a greased shape with oil of your choice.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 45 min (can vary, keep an eye out!).
How to prepare the frosting: melt the chocolate in the microwave, then mix it with the cream and pour it over the already baked cake.
