- Butter2 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar (1 and ½ cups of tea)360 g
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Corn flakes1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut50 g
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling1 to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a blender (except the yeast and coconut).
- Add the yeast and coconut and mix gently.
- Light to bake, in a greased and floured refractory, in a preheated medium oven, for approximately 40 minutes.
- While the cake is still warm, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
