- wheat flour4 tablespoon
- grated coconut200 g
- yeast powder2 tablespoon
- In the blender, put the corn, oil, cornmeal, sugar, eggs. Beat for 8 minutes
- Add the wheat flour little by little and beat for another 6 minutes.
- Add the grated coconut and beat for another 4 minutes. Finally add the yeast and beat for 10 seconds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until the fork comes out clean.
