  • cornmeal (same measure as corn)2 can(s)
  • sugar (same measure as the can of corn)2 can(s)
  • eggs6 unit(s)
  • oil (same measure as the can of corn)2 l
  • wheat flour4 tablespoon
  • grated coconut200 g
  • yeast powder2 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, put the corn, oil, cornmeal, sugar, eggs. Beat for 8 minutes
  2. Add the wheat flour little by little and beat for another 6 minutes.
  3. Add the grated coconut and beat for another 4 minutes. Finally add the yeast and beat for 10 seconds.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until the fork comes out clean.
