- Corn2 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Cattle milk2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Flocked corn flour (couscous)1/2 cup
- Sugar to taste
- Wheat flour3 coffee spoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Crack the eggs and remove the skin around the yolks (the bad smell comes from there)
- Whisk the corn with the eggs until smooth.
- Add the oil and cattle milk and beat again.
- Add the sugar, couscous, wheat flour and beat until everything is well blended. Then add the yeast and beat just to mix.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the mold with oil and flour.
- Place the cake batter in the pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden and beautiful.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cake in there for a while, so it can stay warm longer.
- Take out the cake, and serve it as you like.
- Detail: if you have fresh green corn, it gets even better
