  • Corn flakes (use the measure of the corn lada)1 can(s)
  • Oil (use the measure of corn lada)1 can(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Place the drained corn, milk, sugar, oil, flakes, eggs in the blender and beat everything for about 5 minutes or until the corn is ground.
  2. Add the baking powder and pulse the blender a few more times to mix the yeast.
  3. Pour the dough into an already greased form.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 180g, Bake for about 40 minutes.
  5. Check with a toothpick if it's good. The top of the cake will be golden brown.
  6. When ready, take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool down a bit.
