- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place the drained corn, milk, sugar, oil, flakes, eggs in the blender and beat everything for about 5 minutes or until the corn is ground.
- Add the baking powder and pulse the blender a few more times to mix the yeast.
- Pour the dough into an already greased form.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180g, Bake for about 40 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick if it's good. The top of the cake will be golden brown.
- When ready, take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool down a bit.
