- Corn Flakes1 unit(s)
- Soybean oil1/2 unit(s)
- Whole eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Margarine to taste
- Wheat flour to taste
- Drain the corn and use the can for measurements.
- Grease and flour a cake tin with a hole.
- preheat the oven
- Place the corn (already drained), milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground.
- If you want, you can add two tablespoons of grated coconut.
- Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times.
- Pour this dough into the form and take it to the medium oven.
- Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test and observe a medium golden tone, to know that the cake is ready.
- Wait for it to cool completely before unmolding.
