- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Cornmeal1 can(s)
- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Margarine1 to taste
- Wheat flour1 to taste
- In the blender, add the eggs, corn, oil.
- Then add the cornmeal, milk and sugar.
- Finally, add the baking powder and beat some more.
- Grease the mold with margarine and wheat flour and pour the dough mixture
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°
- Bake for 35min and it's done!
