  • corn (without the water) | 1 can(s)
  • Milk | 300 ml
  • Flocão (use the measure of the can of corn) | 1 can(s)
  • Oil | 1/2 can(s)
  • Sugar | 1 can(s)
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • grated coconut | 30 g
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon


  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender: milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs and beat well until the corn is finely ground.
  2. Add the coconut and baking powder and beat again lightly.
  3. Pour this dough in the greased shape with margarine and wheat flour and take it to the oven preheated to 180°. Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes. Enjoy your food!!!
