- Flocão (use the measure of the can of corn)1 can(s)
- Oil1/2 can(s)
- Sugar1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- grated coconut30 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place all the ingredients in the blender: milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs and beat well until the corn is finely ground.
- Add the coconut and baking powder and beat again lightly.
- Pour this dough in the greased shape with margarine and wheat flour and take it to the oven preheated to 180°. Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes. Enjoy your food!!!
