Bata no liquidificador o milho retirado da espiga, o leite, os ovos e a margarina.

Bata bem até triturar o milho.

Em seguida, acrescente a farinha de trigo o açúcar, o coco ralado e, por último, o fermento.

Unte uma forma com um furo no meio e coloque para assar em forno preaquecido a 180º C.

Asse por mais ou menos 1 hora ou até dourar e quando espetar um garfo o mesmo sair limpo.

Retire do forno, espere esfriar um pouco para desenformar.

Blend the corn removed from the cob, milk, eggs and margarine in a blender.

Beat well until the corn is crushed.

Then add the wheat flour, sugar, grated coconut and finally the yeast.

Grease a mold with a hole in the middle and place it to bake in an oven preheated to 180º C.

Bake for about 1 hour or until golden and when you stick a fork, it comes out clean.

Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit to unmold.
