Blend all ingredients except yeast in a blender for 3 minutes.
Then add the yeast and hit the "pulse" function of the blender. Or mix with the help of a spoon.
Put it in a greased and floured shape with cornmeal, take it to the preheated fire at 180° for 30 to 40 minutes (it will depend on your oven) or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
