- Soybean Extract5 tablespoon
- Sugar21/2 cup
- Mimoso cornmeal11/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Original Becel Margarine1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt (shallow spoon)1 coffee spoon
- In the blender I beat the corn, water, soy extract, sugar, margarine, the oil and the cornmeal. I put it in a bowl and added the flour and royal powder. I put it in a greased and floured medium shape. Medium oven until inserting an applicator comes out dry. Instead of water with soy extract, you can use just milk.
