- Unsalted butter at room temperature125 g
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1.3/4 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips300 g
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- *Chocolate Powder if you want to make the chocolate base*1/4 cup
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla essence (and chocolate powder if making chocolate-based cookies).
- Add the beaten egg little by little and mix well.
- Add the flour little by little and mix well (it can be by hand or in the mixer)
- Finally, add the yeast and mix just to incorporate it into the dough.
- After the dough is well mixed, add the chopped chocolate.
- Form small balls and bake in a preheated oven on parchment paper (250°C). Don't leave it too close so it doesn't grow too much and stick to the other.

- Tip If you want to use colored chocolate confectionery, it is very good too.
