- Coconut Oil (Optional: But makes it softer)1 tablespoon
- Almond Flour or Cashew Nut Flour1 cup
- 60 or 70% chocolate chips50 g
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients by hand and make balls. Place in a preheated oven at 205° for 20 to 25 minutes.
