- Butter paper1 unit(s)
- Place the butter at room temperature, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence in a mixer. Whisk until very smooth.
- Add a lightly beaten egg to the dough. And knock again.
- Add the flour little by little and beat.
- After beating all the flour, add only 100g of the colored sprinkles and stir with a spatula.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough a good distance apart, as they rise. Place the rest of the sprinkles on top of the dough to decorate.
- Place the cookies in the oven preheated to 250 degrees. It usually bakes around 15 minutes. Watch the edges, when it gets dark, it's because you can take it out and let it cool.
