- brown sugar2 cup
- salt1 teaspoon

- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- 1/4 wheat flour1 cup
- baking soda1 teaspoon
- chocolate chips (milk, semisweet or white)130 g
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- butter1 tablespoon
- cocoa powder (or 4 cocoa powder)2 tablespoon
- In the pan, put the condensed milk, chocolate powder and chocolate drops.
- Stir over low heat until it comes out of the pan.
- Pass the brigadier to a container.
- Take it to the freezer to cool.
- In the mixer, put the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
- Beat until smooth.
- While beating, add the eggs.
- Add the flour little by little.
- Add vanilla essence and baking soda.
- Stop hitting and add the chocolate drops to the dough.
- Mix with the spatula.
- Butter your hands.
- Roll up brigadeiro balls and place in the freezer.
- Take a piece of cookie dough and open it in your hands.
- Place 1 ball of brigadeiro inside.
- Close into a ball.

- Take the cookies in a non-stick form.
- Bake at 190°c for 15 minutes.
