- Water1/2 cup
- For the syrup: Mix the water and 2 cups of sugar and place over low heat. Make a syrup and put it in the form. Pudding: Beat the cookies, sugar, milk and eggs in a blender. Put it in the mold, over the syrup. Cover the form with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C, in a bain-marie, for 1 hour or until golden and firm. Place in the fridge for 4 hours and serve.
