Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Maizena4 tablespoon
Dark chocolate2 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Cookie Maria1 unit(s)

For the white cream: bring the milk, condensed milk and Maizena diluted in half a cup of water to a medium heat.
Cook over medium heat until you get a thick cream, until it thickens.
On a platter, make layers of the cream and wafer soaked in milk until a little more than halfway down the platter.
For the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds.
Add the cream and mix well and pour over the pie.
Finish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles and serve.
