- Chocolate Powder2 tablespoon
- In a pan over medium heat, place the yolks, condensed milk, milk and stir constantly until it becomes a cream.
- In a refractory, break the cookies, pour the cream and stir so that the cream involves all the pieces of cookie.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Prepare the ganache by mixing the cream and the chocolate powder in a pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until creamy.
- Pour over the wafer with the cream. Return to the fridge for another 1 hour and it's ready to serve.
