- Milk chocolate200 g
- Add the milk, the wafer, the condensed milk, the yolk, a can of heavy cream, the vanilla essence, and the starch in a pan and stir constantly.
- Keep stirring until it comes off the pan.
- Reserve the cream and let it cool.
- In a glass dish, add a layer of the cooled cream, on top add a layer of cookies, without leaving too much space, repeat the process until the cream and cookies are used up, set aside.
- In a pan, add the cream and let it boil, add the chocolate powder, and the chopped milk chocolate, wait for it to melt to form a ganache, wait for it to cool
- With the ganache already cold, add it over the white cream. Put in the fridge for 2 hours
