- Almond or Peanut Paste4 tablespoon
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Butter at room temperature2 tablespoon
- Almond flour1 cup
- Medium rolled oats2 cup
- Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira4 tablespoon
- Chocolate Chips1 cup
- Chocolate chips to decorate the cookies to taste
- Place the eggs and almond paste in a bowl and stir until the eggs are incorporated.
- Add the butter at room temperature, the Organic honey (Flowers of Aroeira) and mix well
- Add the almond flour, oats and chocolate chips and mix everything with your hands until well combined (it gets a little sticky but that's how it works)
- Line cupcake tins with baking paper or grease muffin tins with a little butter and oat bran
- Put the dough in the molds with your hands and hit it until it's very straight in the molds, decorate with chocolate drops to taste
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes (it hardens more after it cools down completely)
- Expect to cool down completely and unmold, ready 🤤
- Tip: put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and serve next 😉
