  1. Dough Preparation Method Place the ingredients of the cake dough in the mixer in the following order: eggs, granulated sugar, wheat flour, milk, yeast and the emulsifier and Beat in the mixer until it gets homogeneous and doubles in volume because with the emulsifier the dough will be well aerated and fluffy.
